Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Philippine holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order with our courier partner.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@lumiere.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly.
