Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

Email us at hello@lumiere.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse or items returned after 7 days are not eligible for returns.
